It is important to note that you do not forego your right to the cooling off period when you engage a conveyancer to peruse the contract and/or vendor’s statement prior to signing the contract.

Building Search

Applying for a Building Search to ensure that there are not outstanding notices or orders is something we do with every transaction. It provides the opportunity to have these orders rectified or negotiated with the vendor prior to settlement.  Applying for a Building Search is something most conveyancers neglect to do… failing to do the search could potentially cost the purchaser thousands of dollars.
