Linda Furneaux
Linda Furneaux is the owner and Director of Advantage Conveyancing. She has 37 plus years of conveyancing experience and is a Licensed Conveyancer Linda successfully obtained a Statement of Attainment from Vetasses, after her many years of practising conveyancing, to obtain her Licence to operate a Conveyancing Company. Linda is also a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (Victoria) and a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and a Certified Practising Conveyancer, awarded by the AIC.
Advantage Conveyancing operates a Trust Account, holds Professional Indemnity Insurance and high level Cyber Crime Insurance and is supported by an Australian Legal Practitioner who specialises in Property Law.
Providing her clients with the very best service and protection is what Linda is passionate about. Her reputation within the industry is that she always acts with integrity and co-operates with fellow peers to achieve a mutually acceptable result for her clients. It is a policy of Advantage Conveyancing to respond to all requests expeditiously and with efficiency.
Linda’s 37 plus years of experience and expertise, is in all areas of conveyancing, including sales, purchase, transfers, plans of subdivision, developments and any other aspect of conveyancing that involves the transfer of property or change of title.
Linda is the mother of two adult sons who are still at home and loves spending time and doing activities with them and travelling to the high country for week ends at a friends hut. Linda also enjoys cooking and hosting dinner parties and gardening.
Linda has travelled in recent years to France, Italy, Bali and Vietnam and looks forward to seeing more of the world
Merryn Yeo
Merryn Yeo is our Senior Conveyancer. Merryn has been in the conveyancing industry for in excess of 35 years. Merryn retired from her last conveyancing position working for a Lawyer in Glen Waverley after 16 years of service. As Merryn missed conveyancing, we are very pleased that she has now been employed at Advantage Conveyancing 2 days per week since October 2019.
Before her conveyancing career, Merryn worked in Finance and then moved to Mortgage Panel work for approximately 4 years before starting in Conveyancing. Merryn is the mother of 3 adult children and three gorgeous Grandchildren.
Merryn’s interests are going to the gym on her days off, politics, dinner with friends and gardening. Merryn looks forward to assisting you with your settlement and is now proficient with the electronic PEXA Platform.
Ainsley Potter
Ainsley Potter is our newest member joining us part way through 2022. Ainsley has a background in Banking as a Personal Relationship Manager. Ainsley's interest in property was sparked whilst working for a property valuation and consultancy firm which provided government and private sector valuations.
Ainsley and her husband have their own business, in which she looks after administration, payroll, HR, compliance and accounts. They have two sons, both at high school and involved in basketball. A border collie and indoor cat complete the family.
After experiencing the administration role of conveyancing to gain an understanding of the systems and processes, Ainsley is now assisting the Conveyancing and settlement Team at Advantage Conveyancing. Ainsley can assist our clients with administration, settlement and the online aspects of conveyancing.
