You may require a Transfer for a number of reasons:-

• Between spouses

We will ensure that all documentation is prepared correctly and obtain all required evidence to support the Transfer. 

Some transfers will not attract Stamp Duty and others will.  This is why you need an experienced Conveyancer to conduct the transaction for you.
